Yes, I know these are still available new (special order, extra-special price!) and there are a few currently on eBay, also at rather high prices. I was hoping to find something a little more sensibly priced, say under $50 shipped in the US. I used to have one years ago and stupidly sold it...

Thanks Todd, I didn't think of checking KHB. The item you linked to isn't exactly what I'm after, but they do have it - at comparably high prices to B+H and eBay. I may have to bite the bullet on this, but I'm hoping one will come out of the woodwork somewhere.
