I shoot on EOS 60d, so besides haveing Praktica or Chinon, it was obvous to buy EOS film camera. its mamazing, how on film camera I can put lenses as Tokina 11-16/2.8 or Samyang 8mm fisheye
I bought EOS 300x, last film camera produced by Canon. for, like 15 dollars :D small, light, extremly fast AF, a LOT of interesting functions, many from higher series. Never goes "classic", so its cheap today

I had been using my Minolta X700 since it came out. When the EOS 3 and Nikon F-100 came out I made my venture into my first auto focus camera. I ended up with the EOS 3 because for me it felt better in my hands, choice was not so driven by features. Since buying my EOS 3 I have collected many L lenses and have been very happy. I still have my EOS- 3 and use it on occasion. I also have a collection of many 35mm, virtually all get used on occasion.

For a "modern" 35mm SLR, I think the EOS 3 has been great. The eye control has always worked well for me too.

Going the EOS route and having collected some good lenses also drove me down the Canon digital path. Had a 7D, 7DMKII, and now a 5DMKIV.

After several rounds of banging on the magnetic release, my EOS 3 shutter is back to life!
