Good Day, everyone. I've been so busy, I haven't had time to let y'all know that on the 13th of Jan. I did in fact FINALLY get up in the air. It was fabulous, no problems at all. Now the fellow encouraging me to do this did say it was a particularly smooth day, so I guess I got lucky. The images have been printed up just fine, although I didn't end up with the scale I was expecting; I was easily able to bring it up 1500% on the big cameras and the customer is quite pleased so far.

Anyway, thank you for all of your encouragements with my scardy cat-ness!

I hate to point this out, but you have yet to finish the assignment. (tch, tch) I don't see any of the images in your personal gallery yet.

Seriously, congratulations on the accomplishment, even if the air was unusually smooth that day.

rbarker, vertical overhead photography is about the boring-est stuff for a gallery. Either its clear or it isn't. But the top of the Lowe's super center just doesn't meet "gallery" requirements. Sorry I took so long to respond, things here have been beyond hectic with work coming out my ears till last week. And every free moment including most of last week has been prepping for a major remodel here at home.

I used to drop parachuters (I was the pilot). I'm jealous!!! Believe me you will no longer be 'in the dark'. It's fantastic!!! Once you get clicking up there everything else disolves into oblivion!!!
