A Konica FT-1 Motor -- so I can use my Exakta-mount Schneider Xenon 50mm f/1.9 via an adapter.

And I have a Nikon F2 w/50mm f/1.4 on the way.

I've got to quit buying cameras!

Another Nikomat... Not sure why I keep grabbing them. *shrug* Nice cameras, but almost no resale value, therefore, usually not worth repairing.

Nikon Chrome F2S with a Series E 1.8/50. Had to reset the meter lever, as someone had fingered it past the stop, and it wouldn't match up with any lens prong. It was mostly pristine, with just some dust under the finder. And I've already moved that Nikon lens to it's proper EM mounting. Meter, shutter are both working fine. The curtains are in fine shape too.

I have three 'new' cameras - Minolta X-300s, Minolta Dynax (Maxxum) ( SPxi and an Olympus Mju Zoom 115. They were my mother's cameras which I have now inherited. The Dynax Spxi works well - it needed a new battery - and had a Kodachrome film inside it. The X-300 tells me the new batteries I installed are flat so I suspect a fault. The Olympus also needed a new battery and is working well.

All three have sat unused for the best part of a decade as my mum was ill for a long time and not able to use them. I am going to take the Kodachrome to my local lab (Snappy Snaps in Lincoln) to see what they can do with it.

I am afraid you are out of luck as processing has not been available for some time and was available only from specialist labs.

Pentax mv with Pentax 50f2 lens, $10 from a thrift store. It's place will be my motorcycle tank bag.

My first self-bought SLR was an ME. The mv is a simplified version of it.

That is what the lab told me. They also suggested that i process it as black and white - so I at least get to see the last roll of film my mum shot.

I'm not a compulsive camera buyer, the last "new old" camera I bought was about 12 years ago it was a Canon New F1 body with the A.E. prism, I bought it from an old friend who was a local pro who had bought it as a backup and never used it and only after much persuasion agreed to sell me it, he sadly died around five years ago, and I often think of the time we spent together when I'm using it

Black Nikomat FT2 from Pacific Rim Camera in Salem, Oregon.

Minolta Dynax 7

I've had a Nikon F80 for a while now with just a Cosina 17-35 lens, I decided I needed more lenses then a thought struck me, I have two Sony DSLR's, A65 and A850 with some find Minolta lenses, I just bought a Minolta Dynax 7 in fine condition, cheaper than buying a bunch of Nikon lenses, I am putting a roll of XP2 through it to test it then onto HP5+ if all is well, I've been playing with the camera for two days to get the hang of it, what a fine machine, I'm in love already, I hope she does not let me down.

Minolta SRT 101. This is the middle model. The shutter speed dial is silver and it has mirror lock-up.

Last weekend I stopped by the local camera shop and ended up adopting a homeless Exakta Varex IIa for next to nothing. It seems to work flawlessly. Unfortunately, it came without a lens, so I'm on the lookout for one that won't cost me a bundle, especially since it won't be a camera I'll shoot with most often.

Minolta SRT 201 - second version w/o CLC, with 50/1.4 MD Rokkor X - last version before the plain MD model.

Did a body swap with Pacific Rim Camera. Returned the FT2 I'd bought from them and picked up a real nice black Nikomat FTn in exchange.

A few weeks ago I bought a late production Nikon F & 50mm F:1.4 Kinda beat but basically working. Today a good friend gave me an Nikon F2, looks like a I need a 150 F2.5 next!

An om4 that was dropped hard and jammed. Fixed it up, bent the rewind lever top back with two pairs of pliers. Top plate is still dented in, would need to take off top and disconnect wires to hammer out the rest. Luckily it doesn't effect operation and only causes the test and auto selector to be stiff.

Also got a 180mm catar ii-n in Sinar db board. I swapped out my 210mm lens cells on my copal 1 shutter so I could try it out. Does anyone know the correct aperture marking scale for this lens vs the 210mm? Is it close enough?

Pentax SV, first pre-Spotmatic Pentax I've laid hands on. Very nice wind-on feel, only wish I could use a 50/1.4 on it.

You can.

#777919. Had the green "R" and the latch mounted to the back, so it wasn't supposed to be able to use the 50/1.4 Super-Tak. Worked fine.

Shown with its Nikon contemporary... Eyecup was a Nikon part, with a -4 diopter on a Nikon DK-22 eyepiece adapter, which happened to fit on a Pentax body. Did have to slide it upward to open the back, but, it did allow me to run the correct diopter for my eyes.

The Leica IIIf (BD), Leitz Elmar 5 f/2.8, and Leitz Summaron 3.5 f/3.5 that I got from Inayat Noor here on APUG arrived.
