I am looking for a 35mm replacement to KODALITH Ortho Film 6556, which was once used in the slideshow business to make B&W text slides. What's out there that can produce pure black backgrounds and white / clear text, from printed pages of black text on white?

Also, I need to know the best / most appropriate chemicals to process up to two rolls at a time, rolled up and in a stainless can.

Thanks much,
Steve

Freestyle sells ortho litho in sheet sizes. Ultrafine **might** sell it in rolls, not sure. A knew a guy who was messing with cutting sheets down to 120 and spooling them.

I use lots of the Freestyle (arista) ortho-litho; for very high contrast I use print developer (like Dektol, etc), maybe 20-30% stronger than called for in printing. So with Liquidol, that might be 1+12 instead of 1+9, you can experiment up to double strength. Of course for print-shop contrast you could use lith developer, I have lots around for lith printing but paper developer seems much faster to process.
