My entry. I shot a couple of 8x10's and 6 with the Holga. It was a wet, gray day. I got better pinhole shots the day before!

I finally got my two films developed. However, my old scanner is giving up on me. I got some unwanted colour effects (striping, shifts and fake grain) so I ordered me a new one.

Here are 3 images so far to get an impression, but I hope to make proper scans tomorrow as the new one arrives.

That's beautiful Bert! Very dreamlike, and I love the soft colours.

@TheToadMen very nice, all nice. the 40 seconds handheld is rather curious - it seems way out of focus, or shot through a diffuser, but blurred as in camera movement from being handheld. It is rather nice how the scene blends in color and tonal borders. Like an impressionist painting (speaking of seeing as if through diffuser...)

Here's my image from Pinhole Day. My girlfriends sister Lauren was visiting from New York and was game when I suggested we all participate in Pinhole Day. We decided to hang out at home and photograph objects. Nice thing is that I processed the film as we went so we all got to see our images right away. I thought it especially important for Lauren to see the results right away since she had never done pinhole photography before. We all had fun that day!

Here's the one I just submitted. It was taken at Ohiopyle State Park (gee, what a surprise) with a Lensless Camera Co. 4x5 on Delta 100. 8 second exposure, I think.

@Roger Thoms I like what the mason jar did with light and light void in the lettering relief; and the texture of the table and the lid. Very nice photo. It is perfect to have in a 8x10 neg.

After hours (or so it seems) of cloning out dust from my image, I finally submitted to the WPPD site: http://pinholeday.org/gallery/2017/?id=2575

Spoiler alert: If you also do the postcard exchange here on APUG, this image will be one of three going out in the upcoming round.

Very nice indeed! I will get me a Pinhole Blender sometimes.

Thanks for updating the link Ned!

Bert - I first got the Pinhole Blender almost 10 years ago, and I shot a bit with it then (I have images of Paris to prove it). It came with me on a lot of travels because it is so light and easy to set up, but got dented and damaged along the way. However, for this WPPD, I wanted to shoot with all my pinholes, so loaded it up and was pleasantly surprised by all the images - they all turned out great! But I feel the camera needs some modifications - like the RSS cameras, perhaps a clothes pin inside to keep pressure on the take-up spool. Otherwise you end up with a fat, loose roll prone to light leaks when you take it out. When I have more time I'll get another camera and make the mod myself (practicing first on my damaged one).

Thanks Michael, I appreciate the feedback. I found the bottle in an antique shop and thought it would be cool to photograph. The old bottle has a much stronger lettering relief than the newer ones which is what I liked about it.
