A Sinar F and a couple of lens boards, on the big auction site. And 100g of CD-3 from Phototechnik Suvatlar. Kind of unrelated purchases, though.

Why on earth would you be interested in that?

not really understanding why you are " confused "
the title and 1300+responses to this thread are pretty self explanatory ...

my suggestion is maybe instead of always posting things like this ( or how you don't like off topic threads i start )
you should put all threads i start on ignore ? ( go to thread tools and "ignore thread" is the bottom option )
that way you won't have to read them, be bothered by them and compelled to
post comments like this in them: they will never appear on your list of threads.

that said, this and other threads i have started are lighthearted, not deep
these threads they dont' discuss the differences in ph between 6 stop bath brands
or the proper way to expose film, but something else less tedius and less
argument prone ( to some at least ) ... have a nice day .

While I don't post most things I purchase, I like the thread; short posts, simple, and fun.
It's like show-and-tell for adults, and it can be difficult to share our finds with people in the real world who aren't interested in the things we at APUG are.

And you are using them for...???
Probably for this:
(there was a url link here which no longer exists)

I was going to post about purchasing a tail pipe expander, but it was too expensive (I may rent). I'm trying to fix the friction-clutch on an auto-loading Super-8 take-up reel. I could find another, but it has sentimental value.

Goodies for an Oldie!

Some filters for my new-to-me Zeiss Ikoflex 1b. A Series VI adapter to fit the 35.5 mm threads on the Tessar f3.5, Series VI in Skylight, Red,Yellow, and Green, and a Vivitar Series VI lens hood. All came from filterfind.net an excellent source for NOS filters, etc.

On the feed side of the film holder, I also glued in half of a hose washer on each side of where the spool sits, concave side of the washers facing the drywall spacers shoved into the end of the 120 spool (as depicted here https://www.flickr.com/photos/radioripster/3968400219/). This anchors those drywall spacers in place and once the film is under tension they spin nicely against the hose washers and can't pop out

I registered for a DR printing workshop @Dead Link Removed and ordered a larger vertical print washer (Nova Washmaster ECO 30x40 cm) to retire my old Paterson. Phew… now I will starve from hunger, but at least my prints will live on. *just kidding*

A pointy ended focus finder after reading about them on a thread here.

Five A4 sheets of black art board to diy a 6x7 neg carrier.

The Leica and I just were not getting along, I tried to like it I really did, but I just can't get into 35mm since I've gone MF. As much as I like to have collectible cameras just to have I can't see letting a beautiful Barnack sit without being used. So I traded it for a very nice RZ67 with the 110mm 2.8. I also sold My RB body and back but kept the 90mm just in case.
