what waS your last photography related purchase?

Same guy, on a hunch I sent a "hey, you wouldn't happen to have a second set do you?" Message, and the answer was YES!

I was told to get that iris for the Saltzman but I'm sure you wouldn't send it to me to try out hah!

Too late, already gave Chamonix my shipping address, and once the Iris-clamp arrives it's going straight on a lens board for my K2D 810.

I'm sure you've seen it but just in case check out the thread, http://www.largeformatphotography.info/forum/showthread.php?118753-Chamonix-Iris-Mount-for-Lenses it should give you the confidence to buy one for your Salzman.

Glad to hear you got your filters.

Black & white and color enlarging paper from B&H

Thanks, it's not the capabilities, it's that I would have to hack the original Saltzman front standard to attach it, I'm just not willing to do that. Thanks though. They should make this with a Packard on the back

Kept telling myself I don't need yet another Domke, but for $20new (discontinued model) on the hAmazon... they got me again.

Not bought yet: I made an offer on a Graflex Century Graphic (6x9 cm) with grip and flash.
Must be fun to use. This local auction ends tonight.

WOW, very clean......good luck on the bidding and I hope you win it too.

It came it came!!!!

But after taking the picture it was taken away from me to be wrapped and put under the tree...

The rumors of Velvia50 and Acros100 no longer being cut in 8x10 were highly exaggerated... Just have to have the right connections

Unfortunately, I didn't get it. I was outbid and it even sold for Euro 470 (about $600).
I would have liked to roam the streets with such a camera ...

Over priced. Next time you will get the camera which you want and deserve.

Wanna share your source?

Sure, I share with anyone, just tell them I sent you, also, you have to pay in Yen through paypal (the yen is low right now so it's a good time to buy), shipping from Japan comes about 1-2 weeks after you pay. PM me only if you're really going to buy, I don't want to send the guy people who aren't serious, ya know? But yea, I'll share, PM me.

I shouldn't have done it... but I did it. I ordered two pro-packs of 120 roll and a fifty sheet box of 4x5 TMax 100 plus everything I need to process the film. I drove past an old dilapidated house that I've been watching and the light hitting it is good now. This will be the first image I've shot purely for my own edification in over thirty years. For now, I'll have to scan the film because I currently have no darkroom (sorry).

On the first day of Christmas, my true love gave to me a Logan Artist Elite 450-1 mat cutter so I can start matting and framing my own photographs.
And since I'm naughty by nature, I bought some toys for myself: a Summarit 50/1.5 (my first ever Leitz-made lens!) to go with my M3, and a Pakon 135+ scanner.
Oh, and my sister bought off eBay for me a neat little camera: a Zeiss-Ikon Colora F.

Go to your corner, that does not count as a purchase.

A handful of 3/8-inch by 2-inch stainless steel fender washers to be used in adapting my NOS Majestic 1200 tripod head to my Zone VI heavy-duty wooden tripod.

Cost was a couple of dollars.

RE 'gift givers' vs. 'gift takers': Some are willing to share and give... others just want to take even when they don't need the help and what little they they do give is a token miniscule nothing and few and far between. Not calling anyone out. It's just a fact of life.

Back to topic... I bought a little bit of black-and-white film and everything needed for very small-scale processing of it.
