2 boxes of Lupex which is a direct replacement for Azo. Only comes in grade 3 but h a pay to have it

Well I have a Mamiya RB67 with a couple of film back for a while but no lens. Just order a Mamiya 127mm F/3.8 in what it seems a good shape. Should be here on Friday.

I've been using the 127 for decades. Have taken some nice photos with it.

Got a nice clean Nikon AR-3 shutter release cable off eBay for a nice price, actually the title of the ad stated “Cheap”. Box is kind of interesting, it says the release is for a Nikkormat and Nikon 8X super Zoom. The release looks like a normal AR-3.

A waist level finder for my two Praktina FX cameras.it arrived yesterday. there's 100 sheets of 10x8 and a 100 sheet box of 7x5 Fotospeed VC paper on it's way to join the 100 sheets of 10x8 and 300- sheets of 7x5 that came 10 days ago.

24 15ml bottles to organize all the little screws that I’ve been buying for attaching flanges to lens boards. Oh and a second Nikon F4, this time with a 28-200mm zoom. Lol, now I’m looking at F5’s as I slow work my way through the Nikon line.

Long time I hesitated. Today I got my first "real" dslr after years of reservation against, a D850.
This afternoon our neighbor made me a gift, the camera of her father, a working voigtländer prominent with a nokton 1.5/50, near mint and still fully working. Does that also count in this thread?

I’m getting a WF Ektar 80mm delivered today, which will go on my Cambo 6x9, another Horseman 6x9 roll film holder for the back, and finally 20 rolls of Foma 100 because I’m running low.

This afternoon our neighbor made me a gift, the camera of her father, a working voigtländer prominent with a nokton 1.5/50, near mint and still fully working. Does that also count in this thread?

Enjoy the D850. Astonishing capabilities. And go make something sweet for your neighbor with that Voigtländer.

No kidding. Get a roll of P3200 and you can make one of those candlelight portraits with that Nokton.

I will .. Didn't use 135 for several years except for rare occasions with my f4, still have a freezer full of orginal APX.

Yesterday, I took delivery of a lovely new precision balance, Kern EW 220-3NM. Despite wanting to use Xtol as my only commercial developer, I still want to play around with developer recipes. Maybe I'll like some for more specific use cases. The new Kern will allow me to directly weigh in smaller samples without using dilution steps. That is especially useful for Phenidone and the like.

A 25 sheet box of 8x10 Ilford warmtone fiber paper, 25 sheet box of 8x10 Ilford Multigrade Classic, both gloss. Oh and I almost forgot a “hippy” strap for one of my Nikons. I also renewed my membership and locker at Harvey Milk Photo Center here in San Francisco. I then spent the day printing. It was great to get back in the darkroom, it has been a long time.

A Honeywell Nikor 11x14 4 blade easel was delivered today. It was cheaper enough than a Saunders to go for it and I like the 5th blade for centering the paper. We'll see how well I like it but it seems to be a big improvement over the Premier 4-in-1 8x10 that I've been using.

A second dark bag for lining the bottom of a camera bag, in small format, 35mm, so I do no have to swap out from medium format bag.

These give more protection to camera and lens(s) and I'll try to add a couple more to changeable systems bags, again so I do no need to swap bags.

I also just sent a payment for a F1n power winder, hopefully so I can repair it for a Non-F1N AE body, just for fun.

Metal cameras are heavy but shooting out of a car makes carrying them less painful.

Godspeed, stay warm and enjoy the weather, no matter what!

You will be amazed at how much faster they are- when I switched from fluorescent tubes to LEDs I went from 12 minutes to 2 minutes for palladium prints.

Ran a quick test last night. Got my 8 minute kallitype exposure down to 2:30. Next test will be for carbon transfer.

Edit: Initial tests show carbon tissue exposure time to be somewhere between 3 and 4 minutes. That's a huge difference from 16 minutes with my 1000W halogen system! Added bonus: The risk of cooking the tissue has been eliminated.

Today I bought a Kodak Vest Pocket Autographic, with the stylus (not that it makes a difference with modern film, but they usually bring a premium). The version I got has the Kodak Ball Bearing shutter, speeds 50, 25, B and T -- which are nearly bulletproof -- and a split front element Kodak Periscopic lens (Rapid Rectilinear type, with a planar split in the front element to allow non-unit focusing). I've had very good results with similar lenses on other fixed-everything cameras (Speedex Jr.).

This is a camera model that sold over a million copies from 1915 to 1926 (Vest Pocket Kodaks, overall, ran from 1911 to 1936 and were the first to use 127 film).

Yes, the film is (mostly) obsolete, but this camera has a roll of "found film" still loaded, so I'll get two spools; I've got some more 127 spools around as well, and there's a 3D printed device on my desk that converts 120 into 127, quickly, easily, and accurately, requiring only respooling to the correct spool size. With f/11, I've got the right exposure for ISO 50 to 100 in "Sunny" conditions, and faster film and latitude will cover "Sunny" down to "Cloudy Dull".

This, of course, means I'll soon need to acquire or print a 127 film holder for my scanner, and get a 127 carrier for my enlarger... :wink:

Edit: correction. On closer examination, what I thought was a focus scale is actually the aperture setting -- confusing because it's more or less calibrated by distance (probably because stopping down extends the outer focus limit via DOF). Aperture 1 "Portraits" is the widest, likely f/11 (I'll measure when I have the camera in hand), while apertures 2 and 3 for "ordinary scenes" are probably f/16 and f/22, and aperture 4 "Clouds and Marine" is probably f/32. The lens is then apparently an achromatic meniscus, based on what I've been able to find on the web.
