I discovered Sekonic has an upgrade meter to my old L-300B, a L-3008X-U that has aperture priority! ordered one today.

Technically not a purchase as they were free. I got a Vivitar 28mm f2.8 and a Rubica 300mm f 5.6 preset. Haven't gotten the t-mount for the 300 yet but the Vivitar seems to be a nice lens so far. Online examples from the 300 appear to be surprisingly good. Can't wait to use it.

Three Jobo #1559 220 steel reels. I have the special steel cores and 120 reels, but I prefer shooting 220 and couldn't find the correct Jobo (I think made by Hewes) reels with the narrow opening to fit the special Jobo tank cores. I've just always preferred working with steel reels over plastic ones.

Even if that paper looks darkened it will still work. That stuff was great, I never really took the time to make a fine print. It's so much fun. You can use Selenium but gold is prettiest.

Got another Canon 40mm f2.8 STM lens today. Didn't need a second one but it was still in the box and at $40 it was hard to resist.

A Paterson Triple Major II Developing Tank.

Bought in case I want to soup more than one roll of 120 at a time. I might never use it but it was cheap

I'm mainly buying more processing and chemistry at the moment, before my pile of unexposed film (mainly XP2 with some HP5+) grows to Gary Winogrand proportions...:whistling::wink:. However at least I have plenty of material for a couple of projects I'm putting together, not to mention the next round of the Postcard Exchange!

Over the last couple weeks I picked up an Omega enlarger timer, a beseler electronic enlarger timer, 2 16mm stainless developing reels (don't know why since I already have two), 2 dozen NOS projector bulbs for my slide projectors and movie projectors ($3.00 a pop so I grabbed em), a Chinon XL555 Super8 camera, a Ricoh "35" camera, and a couple other goodies.....

a 20x24" easel. It will be a delight not to have to tape paper to the enlarger baseboard

Liver of sulfur. I could smell it when I opened the mailbox. I will be storing the sealed bottle in my garage, Stuff tends to fog anything it gets near. I have brown toner I never use, don't need it, still you never know when you are going to need to gas out the neighborhood

135mm f/4.5 Hektor. Focus is very smooth. Glass is perfect. Maybe it's crazy to use 135mm on an M3, but this lens was of such high quality and something like this will never be made again, I just wanted it. I will have to seek out opportunities to use it.

If you buy a Visoflex 1 with bellows and the proper adapter (total is less than most Leica equipment) that matches the "lens head" of your 135mm Hektor, you will own a rig which will allow you to take pictures from a 1:1 close-up to infinity. Something that most SLRs find hard to do.......Enjoy........REGARDS!
