Rollei Retro 400S, Kodak Retina IIIC w/R720 filter, metered at ISO 25 and ISO 12, and developed in D-76. I recently bought 8 rolls of HIE, and having never shot IR, before I wasted any of the unobtanium HIE, I wanted to get a feel for what I can expect from IR. I was too soon as most of the vegitation was in hibernate mode where the leaves go brown waiting for the short winter to end, but the cactus didn't dissapoint:

===> Smart move. I have used HIE previously and just got a few more rolls, but I will work with Rollei IR 400 in 120 first.

Great shot. Lenses on XAs are sharp and there's slight vignetting which I like.
Yes, my XA2 has been doing sterling service on the streets of London and Edinburgh lately (I love my Trip as well...mint condition and cost me all of £10!). Btw, 2 bath development (I normally use Barry Thornton's formula) works great with IR films.

Hasselblad 500c/ms with A12s loaded with E100G, and PanF+, last weekend in Jasper National Park (pre-Pine Beetle, one of the two Crown Jewels of Canada's National Park System). E100G will be processed this week by the folks at The Lab, here in Vancouver; the PanF+ by yours truly sometime shortly.

Canon EF with FD 50/3.5 SSC macro lens; Kodak Gold 200.

A fun camera to use; excellent viewfinder with shutter speeds and aperture scale with needle. I love the "advance to frame 1 without tripping the shutter" feature.

This lens has two aperture scales: one in the normal location, when looking at the camera from top down, and another 180 degrees away and set one stop slower than what's on the main scale. I assume this is for macro work - I don't have the manual.

Also trying to find a period-correct strap.

Minolta XE-7 w/ MC Rokkor 55mm f/1.9 and 35mm f/1.8

Three rolls expired Perutz SC-100 shot at box speed and cross-processed in Rodinal 1+50. 15min at 20c.

I also shot 2 rolls of Orwo UN54+ at EI 100 but I haven’t cooked them up yet.
They’ll get developed in D-76 1:1.

Voigtländer Prominent, Ultron 50mm f/2
Very expired (10 years?) HP5+ @ box speed
HC-110 dilution B, 5:30, 68degF

I had no idea how old the roll was and HP5 isn’t a film I typically use anyway so I was kinda winging it. I knew it was pretty old and poorly stored so I expected a loss of speed and contrast. I erred on the side of slight overexposure, added 10% to the time from the MDC and went for fairly vigorous agitation and crossed my fingers.

Turns out the contrast looked very good, the exposures were mostly spot-on and there was only minimal base fog. I got lucky.

Nikon F3HP, loaded with HP5+ (rated at EI 200), switching between a 20mm F3.5 Ais, 24mm F2 Ais, 35mm F1.4 Ais, of the ongoing construction at Simon Fraser University. Film will be processed in either ID-11 or DDX; still to be decided.

Zorki 4 and Jupiter 8
Orwo N74+ @EI400

This was a test roll to see if a shutter pinhole repair worked. Sadly, I’m pretty sure the speeds were dragging a bit, too so I’ll pull development back a bit; probably 20%.

That would leave me at 8:00 in D-76 1:1.

Chubb Creek. Developed last night, photographed on light table and inverted. I'll be able to pull a better print from it...probably carbon printing, but I might give platinum/palladium a go (but might have too much contrast).

Hasselblad 501CM, Agfa Copex Rapid (at EI 25), developed in SPUR Dokuspeed SL-N 20:10:470 at 20 C for 10.5 mins.

Here's one from that roll, shot with the Makro-Planar 4/120:

I can't wait to get my 100mm Planar back from its service and really put this emulsion to the test.

Intrepid 8x10 Mk1, 270mm G-Claron, Bergger Panchro 400 at EI 200, Thornton Two Bath developer.

Nothing special, just part of the back yard with my usual black, 18% grey, and white target for a quick exposure and development test (the black meters around Zone III, the grey at V, and the White at VIII).

Development was Jobo CPE2+ using a 2830 tank. 3 minutes pre-rinse, 17 Minutes Bath A, 6 Minutes Bath B, Rinse, 8 minutes fix. The times were based on D76. I tend to use 6+6 minutes for HP5, but fmy reading suggested a much longer time in Bath A. The results look promising. I will see what the densitometer tells me tomorrow.
