Kodak UltraColor 400 120 film, Kodak Ektar 100 120 film and Kodak Porta 800 120 film which I processed this weekend. My stash of Kodak UltraColor 400 120 film is getting severely diminished by my off-roading in Moab Utah.

4 rolls of Ektar 120, already souped in JOBO Press Kit, 1 roll FP4+ 120, already souped in HC-110 and a roll of Delta 100 135-36 which I haven't had time to develop yet.

I shoot some every week. Last week it was HP5 in 4x5 sheets (Derogy Petzval lens). Week before that I was running around in Chicago shooting my 1937 Bessa loaded with Ilford X3200. It worked great in the canyons and down deep in the tubes! I mostly shoot at night anyway, and I only shoot b&w with film.

I shot some 6x7 TMY2 & Portra400 (candids with bounced flash), Pan-F (car+ribbons), Ektar & Velvia 50 (flower arrangements, ring macros). At my own wedding

The most amazing part: not getting in too much trouble with the bride! (there was a paid 'tog in attendance so I shot only 2 rolls on the night, no groups or formals).

The lab has the colour stuff now, I'm souping B&W tomorrow.

I shot a roll of 35mm Kodak Gold 200 Saturday at the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens' Cherry Blossom Festival. Contax Aria - 50mm 1.4 on Program. Fortunately there are only 24 exposures on a roll because they all look pretty much alike.

Harry, I like your Ektar results. I'd ask how you inverted them (if they're film scans) but that'd be poor form here. Were they RA-4 wet prints?

I've scanned my Ektar and RVP50 and they're both looking pretty good (link in my signature) but of course no skin. Portra candids will get a look-in tomorrow.

I've been shooting lots of Reala. We've had some wonderfully warm and sunny days recently - quite unusual, I normally don't use 100 speed films until June. I even used up a roll of Agfa Ultra 50 last week.

The ones I posted the other day were lazy negative scans 'inverted' by your standard software. With my scanner software in fact I don't think I can scan color without inverting it though I could de-invert it in PSE I guess but that seems silly.

However, I have done some wet RA-4 prints too! Below are some working prints, still not 100% satisfied with all of them.

Ektar, printed on Fuji CA II using Kodak Ektacolor RA-4 RT 10L kit dev and blix, skin tones look good to me though I'm still not an expert RA-4 printer by far, need more hours to learn how to get the color perfect, will try some test targets perhaps:

Light behind has compact flourecent bulbs:

Her hat is too bright here, need to burn it in some and dodge the curtains behind:

This shot was more difficult to print, flash but also some room lights on (compact flourescent I think) and some window light. Getting the skin tones, the green dress and the purple sweater colors right plus the background seems difficult as some are lit by artificial light, others by flash or window.

Attempt on 2009 expired Kodak Supra Endura:

And Fuji CA though I don't know why I scanned this one, it needed more exposure on her face so I will try to burn that in a bit as the above Endura print is a bit dark aside from her face:

Last color film I shot was a 120 roll of old Fuji NPH. I love this film so much, I like its color rendition much more than Portra's (cue pitchforks and torches). Here's one of the shots:

Recently, 35mm Fuji Sensia 100 and Fujicolor Superia 200. Got a roll of Fuji Velvia 100 in the camera now, itching to try it out but haven't had interesting light since I've loaded it. I love the look (and resolution) of projected slides!

1 roll of Fuji Reala 120 and 2 rolls of Kodak Ektar 120, haven't developed any of them or the roll of Delta 100 135-36 from last weekend either... was away on business all week and busy with Mother's Day activities this weekend and leftover work since last week was all meetings, dinners and drinking and not much of my actual work was accomplished ;-)

Recently I used 120 Delta 100 and 400 with the Hasselblad but tomorrow I am taking the F5 and Tri-X to New York City for some street photography.
