What camera are you lusting after, and why?

a hasselblad. I have a Yashicamat for 6x6, which is nice, but a Hasselblad sounds like a dream.

A Hasselblad 503 CWD with a few film mags. And then a Nikon F5 or F6 with every G lens out there.

Oh, and the why: Hasselblad for set up shots, Nikon for candids, portraits, and casually walking about with a 200mm f/2 mounted on it. You know, just for show.

I did, however, just succumb to the siren song of a 210mm f/4 lens for my Mamiya 645. I thought $75 USD was worth the Ebay risk - hope it is as good as it looks in the listing.

This gives me a choice of lens sets - either the landscape set: 45mm, 70 mm, 150 mm, or the portrait set: 55mm, 110mm, 210mm.

Do you think I have a problem?

Tuff one... I guess the Mamiya RZ-67 would be my first choice because need a decent 6 x7 (My Speed is not practical) Second choice would be a Nikon - S Range Finder because I'm kind of a RF nut and just want one.

Right now I'm lusting after a 4x5 camera, preferably a Sinar film/digital hybrid model. Although I think those only exist for medium format. Still, I want a view camera.

I have 2 camera purchases,then I'm through-if that's believeable.One would be the Mamiya 645 AFDII and the other will be a 4x5 field camera of some persuasion.The Mamiya for its autofocus and probably brighter viewfinder than my ETRSi.The 4x5 for easier portability outdoors and its generous film size.

Lately the object of my lust is a Canon D-1n and a 28mm f/2.0 FD lens, both for a project I'm about to embark upon.

A Nikon F3 HP and an F4, which can be found at a reasonable price. The problem is not getting it, the fact is that once I get one, I'd want a second body, some accessories, ... and I'd not be able to part with my FM2 and its backup. Since I use one camera at a time, it'll be money spent without need. So far I have resisted and turned that money into film and development.

No cameras get my juices flowing just at athe moment but I would give my eye teeth for a self vacuuming double dark slide. I still have little black marks on my prints which I have to knife.

"Modest" Kit:
Mamiya C220/C330 and some lenses. TLR and has interchangeable lenses
Rolleiflex (mainly 3.5)
Tachihara 4x5 (GF) Wonderful wood and brass, Badger has got the F (chrome hardware) which is nice too; the only detriment of this camera is that it attracts many people. Heck, but has a fresnel that helps focusing; Technikas don't!
Voigtländer bessa II (color skopar lens). I could put it in my pocket while shooting LF
Agfa Isolette III (apotar). 6x6 format,"MF in your pocket", and I'd like the fact of a classic cooke triplet lens design.
Both the Bessa and Agfa would have the same use; I don't have big enough pockets for a rolleiflex!

Luxury Kit; all are just fetishes:
Hasselblad 500 c/m; It's just a hassie
More Rolleiflex, 2.8. 3.5 are nice, but 2.8s are impressive; However I Hate the meter in them.
Linhof Master Technika. Oi, It's a linhof; Fetish. When folded, I can use it for personal defense. Ouch; 3kg metal brick...
Ebony 45Ti. Nice woodfield, another fetish.
Voigtländer Bessa II, with APO-Lanthar lens. It costs a king's ransom! I wouldn't buy it, but is worth putting them here. For this money, I'd buy some nice LF stuff.
Super Isolette. One or the best of the 6x6 folders; also (a bit) expensive.

Ive had a hankering for a Konica Hexar AF lately. My Canonet and Yashica GSN are getting unreliable, My Kiev 4 never was reliable and I'm to the point where spending $2500 on an M6 and 35mm lens are sounding reasonable.

I'm hoping that a Hexar might keep the Leica Lust at bay.

I would love to have the new Fujifilm/Cosina 6x7 folder, or the 6x7 Plaubel folder. Lightweight, portable, excellent image quality. Versatile enough for me, but the size and weight are crucial for me (I am disabled).
