-24of last night, -19of the night before. More of the same tonight, daytime highs around -5of to 0of.
 
Now it's 6^ F in my town. Yesterday one of my tires was flat, and I'd normally do it myself, but with such low temps, and recovering from a kidney stone, I won't even pull the wheel myself. Luckily the garage I'll take it to is 8 minutes away. The tire will hold air long enough to get me there.
 
Woke up to -7f this morning, no new snow, we dodged that bullet. The high today is supposed to reach +7f, woohoo a real heat wave.

Stunning sunset out over Lyme bay as well. Sadly I was cooked up in work and could only get a glimpse of it out the window.
 
Never mind NJH it'll come back eventually!
 
It's 3^ F, will probably hit zero tonight.
 
20 below as usual. Even colder this weekend. BUt I'll be halfway to warm by then, with a backpack full of Ektar, HP5 and Fujiroid.

Was 22f this morning, and a couple of inches fresh snow. Perfect day for ice fishing, even with the wind blowing. We just turned our backs to the wind and a couple of hours of fun later, returned home with a sweet brace of fresh trout for the grill. Supper was outstanding this evening.

Down to -2 F again. Funny how the news loves to report on setting records. Most people around here don't realize the record is for the particular _date_ and not the season. We've not set any record lows for the winter yet.
