Hello everyone,
My name is J and i want to introduce myself.
Have been lurking here for awhile and decided to speak up. My wife and i live in the Blue Ridge of NE TN.
I have cleaned up my darkroom after almost 20 years of neglect. Back in the mid 1970's i studied photography at U of Fl and like to do mostly B&W landscapes. Early on it was 35mm format but then i started shooting 120 with an old Rolliflex TLR my Father gave me (he bought in in Germany in the 1950's). Later on i started shooting a Deardorff 4x5 Special using the 5x7 back.
My latest endeavors in the darkroom are 5x7 contact prints on 20 year old AZO F3 using EW's amidol recipe. In spite of the age of the materials the results have been pleasing.
It is now time to test some film using PMK pyro for soup.
I look forward to learning from your fine community.
Happy Holidays
J
