This seems to be a nonsense thread... so let me contribute. I recently tried out a roll film back with my Super Graphic. Used Ilford Delta 3200 which you can't get in 4x5. That let me shoot an outdoor concert at night with the 4x5 camera hand-held. Makes absolutely no sense but is fun and provides good entertainment for everyone around you:

the problem is the people who for whatever reason say things have no idea what they are talking about ..

I was disappointed because when I saw responses I thought folks were seriously interested. I know better now.

I have a few vintage roll film backs for my Graflex 2x3, Speed 4x5, Mamiya RB67 Pro S and a home brew body.
My question is:
Were the film plane (ie on the pin rollers) - to - front plate dimensions on Graflex RH-10 back, Mamiya RB67ProS back, , Mamiya RB67 back , all made to exactly the same standard?
Was there an international standard at the time?

I know there are tolerances,and I have measured that dimension on some of my RH-10 backs, but I have not got around to measuring the others.

I wish I had asked before I made this rear frame in the photo below

I learnt that reverse engineering based on measuring a copy of the old vintage camera part, might work with other copies and might not.

I made on the lathe some lens boards with the body side Takumar 6x7 bayonet "interpreted". Some are interchangeable, but other lens boards are , let me say, "dedicated custom" items.
