I’ve been thinking of switching from PQ film developers (Ilfosol, Ilfotec, TMax) to MQ film developers (ID-11, D-76.) But I really enjoy the convenience of liquid concentrates. I just recently learned about Tetenal Ultrafin; and I believe it’s correct to say that regular Ultrafin (*not* Ultrafin Plus or Ultrafin T-Plus) is an MQ-based liquid concentrate.
Does anyone else on here use Tetenal Ultrafin to develop slow-to-medium speed film? Is the concentrate a liquid like Rodinal or is it more of a syrup like HC-110? And how do the final results compare to Ilfosol/Ilfotec PQ developers? Thanks!
