Ok sign up is now closed

Provided you have signed up in this thread and sent me your address, you should now have an address to send to. Apologies if you have someone that you have already sent to, I have drawn names at random, so hopefully it wont happen if you sign up next time.

I think it is fair to give this 4 weeks, so I'll check back on 12th Feb - if all prints have been received by then, I'll start off round 5. Please post here to say you have received your print. Also, if you have any problems in honouring your part of the round, please let me know through PM

Enjoy your prints everyone

Have received (actually had in my possesion a couple of days now) a wondeful print of some Orchids from Dave Miller. I love the feel of the warmtone and its overall softness which is ideally suited to the subject, and even though soft the image contains plenty of detail.

Thanks very much and well pleased :D .

John

PS - my prints done and will be in the post this coming week

Print out and on its way....

Hello UkJohn

And it arrived first thing this morning. A very nice print. I like the square format too, being a Bronica user myself [ SQai ]. Thanks very much.

Got mine a day or so ago from Dustym.

Geoff likes. A simple and lovely image. Top marks for keeping the highlight detail in the window area.

Many thanks

Received a stunning cyanotype from Martin (Wiseowl) a few days ago... ...and got really confused as to which exchange it was from! :D

Beautiful work, Martin! Really lovely!

glad you like it Martin. Had a few issues with my easel and dust (damn the bloody dust) so apologies for that.

BTW - I'm spartacus and so is my wife.

(The cheese has finally slid off that lad's cracker. It was only a matter of time given the number of rocks he hugs...)

No need to apolgise, the print has lovely tonality and will prove inspirational to my printing work.

Sorry to report this, but I'm having problems.

I'd earmarked this weekend for a major printing session. Then the power went out before I arrived home from work on Friday evening. It stayed out until the early hours, came on briefly and then went off again on Saturday afternoon without warning, again until the early hours. It's back on now but only because there's a generator truck from United Futilities sitting on the corner of my street.

My weekend is shot to blazes and I'm way behind on just about everything. I'm really sorry to the organisers and my recipient and I realise this is a recurring theme with me, but I'm afraid I'm going to be late with this one.

Don’t get yourself into a lather Frank, these happen, it’s not supposed to be a pressure event. Just an idea, but why not do two prints when the powers next on; then you will be ahead for the next round.:D
