I've asked for this before, but maybe it got missed.

When you have an index showing the threads in a particular sub-forum - such as the Classified For Sale sub-forum - there used to be a link near the top right for "Mark Forum Read". Can we have it back?

Beside the Watch Forum and Ignore Forum links.

I know the functionality is there behind the Mark All Read link.

I really don't need an alert every time someone adds media to the Standard Gallery. I do like alerts on comments made on my image or one I've commented on. I can't figure out the permutation of preferences that accomplishes this. Anyone?

Hi, this is under main user options:

(there was a url link here which no longer exists)

Automatically watch categories that you add media to...
and receive email notifications

So, un-check that. However, you may already be subscribed to an entire category. To check this visit your media menu and check there:

The whole process is a bit convoluted and needs some work..

I already unchecked that, and I'm still getting alerts (red flags) every time someone uploads an image.

Watched content has my own image and two images that I commented on (since the upgrade), so it's working exactly how I'd like it to.

Sounds like you are still subscribed to an entire category from before. Have you checked here from the gallery menu? Thanks

Hi, to troubleshoot this further. In the sidebar are "My Recent Posts". You have ignored the lounge forum, but old lounge posts that you once posted in are showing up in the sidebar? We've had a look at the code and it shouldn't be possible. Are you sure you ignored the entire forum by ticking all the options?

The ability to have tab stops in text OR put in tables would be quite useful.

multiple spaces              can be input using the BB Code CODE tag

The html <PRE> tag should preserve spacing in inline text I think and so a BB Code for PRE might be useful.
Actual tabs are problematic in html which is better suited to aligning boxes even if you can't see the box (it has no visible borders). So tables are a better option I think, especially since there are old posts using them which are now displaying the BB Code tags for them.
Sean has it on his to do list.

Methinks the plus sign on the menu should list all the implemeted BB Codes and paste them into post if selected.

Thanks. That worked. Hopefully it didn't override my ability to see comments on my own media and those of others I commented on. Also, hopefully adding a new comment somewhere doesn't re-enable it.

our chat app is "Taiga Chat", and 'dark' is the theme we're using. But yeah sounds odd.

I mentioned this before but just incase you missed it...
I think there is an issue with search "Threads and posts", possibly indexing I don't know. It takes an age to return a list when you search on user name.
However, when you use "Search everything" using just a user name the results are almost immediate.

Using "E76" (without quotes) as a search term returned the following

Since last Sunday, I am experiencing inconsistent behavior with the "Mark All Read" button in the upper left of the nav bar. Sometimes it clears everything, but most often not. Has anyone else remarked about this? The forum-specific button seems to work consistently. I noticed this because threads I'd read previously with no new posts were still showing up highlighted as if there were new posts. The dates of last post went back to Sunday March 13th. when I knew I'd cleared those since then. Thanks.
