Off topic but I actually used my sunglasses as an emergency filter one day when I happened upon some very striking tobacco rows one bright July day. Worked surprisingly well on a Powershot digital but I wasn't being stealthy.
Having perused old gear online for years I've seen hundreds of cameras modified in various ways by photographers with a vision but probably low on cash at the time of conception. Seems to me photographers have always cobbled and modified their gear to suit.
There's a Yashica TLR on ebay this morning with what appears to be a LF extension glued onto the back probably? for macro shooting.
Maybe this link will work: https://www.ebay.com/itm/286930137229

You're a bit late. In 1938, Walker Evens hid a 35mm camera under his coat, with the lens poking between buttonholes. He took a series of "subway portraits that is well-known.

Interesting - I haven't seen this series before. Thanks.

Down the rabbit hole I go.

This YouTube clip shows the entire book from that project:

One page I read on the web claimed that photographs on the subway were illegal during the time he started the project. He didn't release it until many years later according to what I've read so far.

Even stealthier than the OP's idea is a Tessina camera on a wrist strap. One can even have the tessina with a light meter on the camera.
I have one of these cameras and the wrist strap so I will not need your product.

Their is a lot of publicity of late, for the growing crime wave in London.
A favourite is for a group of ne'er do wells to use violence, and rob a victims expensive watch.
I think they would make a bee-line for one of these, even though it is not a watch, but it looks expensive enough to find out.

I have a new looking Mickey Mouse watch that costs a whopping $49.99 US on the internet.

Just build the camera into the top of your shoe and languidly shuffle up behind your unsuspecting subjects. Photographers are famous for this! I'm sure the old Shutterbug magazine had DIY articles.

My guess is that's for 15' rolls of 70mm film.
