That could be old enough that it's an optical printer??
Pumps are handy. Voltage of internal part are often 100V Japan standard.
It undoubtedly has a Fuji Fujinon-EFC lens in it. Maybe more than one! Maybe you'd be interested in using it. Here's a list with photos:

Yes, this looks like an analog minilab, not a digital one.I'm pretty sure that this is an optical enlarger for printing color negatives.
