Sorry, I didn't sleep much last night, probably not my best attempt at humor.
Roger

Good humor. I know the feeling. No stress.

Well, here's the latest list. If you have PMed me and you're not on this list, send me a gentle reminder. Sometimes I require cranial stimulation.

That's 34 thus far. Still a couple of weeks left in the sign up period but I am very thrilled with this turn out. Between this and PE18 I can hardly wait to see what I get. Unfortunately I will know who I am receiving from. But those are the breaks for being the organizer.

May be some of us should send an additional print to our organizer so that's really a BLIND exhange for everybody ;-) ?

Yes, good idea!
If Christopher allows to let another person know his postal address the member who will send him the print should pm his address to another partecipant who will send him another print.
OR they could exchange their send-to address.

for istance:
Laurent have to send the print to Christopher; Laurent will choose another member (No Digital, for example) and pm him Christopher's address and Christopher will receive two prints.
The other possibility is that Laurent and No Digital will exchange the addresses (No Digital will send ti Christopher, Laurent will send to the member who, originally, No Digital should send the print).

Of course, only an idea...

Sounds like a good Idea No Digital but really had a hard time following your explanation . This sounds like spy vs. spy, very undercover stuff. It would be cool if Christopher ended up with a bunch of prints and not know who sent them.

I really appreciate it. It's not necessary but I really love the idea. As a matter of fact I was planning on sending two or three to whomever the software chooses for me. Or perhaps a progressive series of prints from the first print through various stages of contrast control and then the final print.

As a matter of fact. I just had another idea for another time. What if each of us were to make a print and send it along with the negative tot he recipient and have them print their own take on it and send their print and the neg back.

Just rambling and thinking. Got the idea form Ailsa's old mag and the exchange printing they used to show in the back of the mag before it betrayed us.

You are a man of Ideas Christopher, you'd have to be careful of the different format sizes though. That would be an interesting separate activity,I guess a neg exchange if there is not already one here. After the print exchange I'd try it.

Thanks for the help and support, Art. They were supposed to make me a mod in this forum. If and when they do I hope they keep you on. I would really appreciate your continued guidance. We're up to, like 36-37 thus far. Update tomorrow eve.

If your name is not on the list thus far and you have contacted me I suspect I am waiting for a postal address.

The deadline to signup is next Wednesday night at 4:00GMT -4 (midnight here in the US on the east coast).

Breakdown by country is as follows:
United States - 19
United Kingdom (England, Ireland, et al.) - 5
Canada - 5
France - 2
Norway - 2
Germany - 1
Italy - 1
Luxembourg - 1

One more week. A word to all, once you receive your PM's with sender's address, you own will be included as well and will be given the chance to send me any corrections. So I would ask all of you eager beavers to wait until Monday the 5th before sending anything on.

Oh, and what happened to the Aussies, New Zealand and all of Asia? Come on guys. The more the merrier as the saying goes.

One day left. Signup by midnight tomorrow EST. I will start a new comments and feedback thread on Thursday. Everyone should have their addresses on Friday. Do not mail any prints until Monday to give folks a chance to send me corrections.

As always, if you are not on this list, either I am waiting on an address (think I have them all), you have not signed up yet, or I, in my imperfection, have seen fit to accidentally omit it. So, in any event, get up with me soon. Again. Deadline in just over twenty seven hours.
