Share what you shot with a pocket folding cameras 6x6,6x7 and 6x9!

What did you photograph with your pocket folding cameras? Please share your pictures of your favorite photographs specifically with either or all of these formats 6x6,6x7 and 6x9!!!

I’m currently looking into getting each one of these formats for my own use but I also want the ability to fit into my pocket.... just for something fun to use but that’s also capable of creating good images.... they must shoot 120 film format without any modifications done to them... yes I want to buy all three formats.... I’m not going to use all three at once just to be able to take them out once in a while...

So any thoughts or ideas is always greatly appreciated....

I only use black and white film....so I would also like to use filters with any of these camera options....

Very capable cameras, I still do an awful lot of my photography with these old folders, I use 645 and 66, I do seascapes landscapes, I have done event's,people photography Etc, and have been using for the last 15 years or so for most of my photography, many some with triplet lenses, not a problem, stop them down to 11 and they are as good as any other lens, in fact 11 is pretty much the best aperture for these lenses, many have rangefinders, some lens coupled some, such as the Franka solidas are un coupled, as for filters, I have one a yellow and orange filter, one size fits all with some blu tak, a must for every folder photographers pocket, most are small enough for pocket, especialy 645 and 66, the smallest I have in my collection is a perkeo, you will also need a hand held meter, most don't have a meter, and if it does it probably won't be reliable,can't think of much more to add, make sure the shutter is working ok, and the bellows arelight tight, in 15 or more years I have only had one that had a leaky bellows and that was a Agfa Issolete, commom with then as the had a composite bellows fitted, rarely do leather bellows have problems, other than that just get them and have fun with them but be warned they can be very addictive, I started with a simple Ensign 645 and enjoyed it so much I have 40 of them and prefer them to any other camera for MF work, indeed I have a large Bronica outfit that maybe I use once a year when I get a guilty concience about it gathering dust

I also have results from a 6x9 Kodak Tourister and a 2.5"x4.5" Kodak Six-16 (albeit on 2 1/4 inch wide film) which are folders, but would require really big pockets.

Some recent examples with an Iskra (6x6). Colors can be a bit funky due to the single coating of the lens but it gives also a very classic look.

How is the viewfinder/rangefinder with the Ikonta III? I love my Certo, but with glasses the viewfinder is really small. Half the time I end up taking my glasses off when I use it. It's my only nitpick with the camera though. I regretted selling one I had years ago and bought myself another this past winter.

How is the viewfinder/rangefinder with the Ikonta III? I love my Certo, but with glasses the viewfinder is really small. Half the time I end up taking my glasses off when I use it. It's my only nitpick with the camera though. I regretted selling one I had years ago and bought myself another this past winter.

I find the Ikonta a little bit easier when they are both naked. The Certo with the leather case on is almost hopeless with my glasses. And it's rather bulky in a pocket, while the Ikonta is more pocket-friendly. (I would not be without the Certo, though!)

These are all 6X9. By the way if you want to use filters that are readily available push on adapters can easily be found for the Kodak folders. Like Richard mentioned above, the Kodak triplet lenses are quite sharp at f/11.

You should get one...they are GREAT fun! It's a slippery slope, though; I have 3 of 'em!
