Thanks. I'm not looking to buy, as I've just bought a Bronica SQ-Ai, but in the future it might be an idea to have something pocketable, especially if it has a quality lens.
Ah yes, that would parallel my history. I bought the SQ-A and it does great work, but isn't exactly "stealth!" So I acquired the Perkeo II mentioned above. Then after another year or two, I thought "gee, 6x9 would be cool ..." So I acquired an Ercona II. I guess because I'm not a real large person I have trouble saying it's "pocket-able" but it is a nifty camera:

Taken early in May on HP5 Plus at Skyland in Shenandoah National Park (spring is a bit slow arriving at 3700 feet).

(And then I acquired a Yashica 124G ... Oh, talk about GAS pains! )

The Solinar and the russian cousin Industar-58 of the Iskra are two suberb examples of Tessar desings, can't go wrong with either of them.

The Apotar lenses found on Agfa Record's aren't too shoddy either.

You may!

First one is As Catedrais or Agua Santas beach, the second one is the town of Rinlo (they serve also an amazing dish of rice with lobster). Both are in the Ribadeo area of Galicia (Spain).
Thank you! I'd definitely visit that part of Spain and try the seafood there, i was almost sure this was either in Bretagne or even Ireland. I love the maritime flair of such places.

Ah yes, that would parallel my history.

Spooky or not, I sense a pattern here, as your choices identical to mine in terms of camera formats, just not in the same order. First for me was a Meopta Flexaret VII (TLR), then, because the Flex turned into a brick, I added a Perkeo II which has proven very reliable. Then a local deal I could not refuse came along for an immaculate Bronica SQ-Ai kit, which I've added to piecemeal since, and finally, and I mean that dear, my 'need' for a 6x9 produced a Fuji GW690ii rangefinder. So three cams and a decorative brick. YMMV, but I've been without GAS now for an entire year!

A good friend gave me his Ikonta Super to play with. You guys have me all fired up on these folders. I can't wait to finish the roll and process the film.

I posted this earlier in the media section. This is from my Zeiss Super Ikonta with 80mm Tessar. In my experience with half a dozen modern MF cameras, none comes close to the color rendition of this lens. Sadly, I sold the camera. Haven't been able to top this image quality with any other MF,

I have a Zeiss-Ikon Nettax which is a 6X6 formar; I had thought that the Nettar was the same (square) format.
This picture is great, but I was surprised to see the attribution.
Is this really a crop from a 6X6 Nettar negative?
Beautiful, whatever you used !!

Zeiss Ikon 520/16 (circa 1937) with Novar f3.5 7.5cm lens....two from August 2017 shot on Kodak Ektar in Charlestown and Truro (Cornwall, UK). And the first photo I ever took, from 1978 with the same camera, Kodacolor film....of my dad shouting at me not to take the photo....

More from my Zeiss Ikon 520/16

These were shot on Ektar and Lomo 400 in Madeira, February 2018. A surprisingly practical camera and I love that I can still use the camera that I learned the basics of photography on to take some good pictures.
