If u can or have a friend who can read chinese, there is this site where they sell spares.

I think Rick Oleson has some he cuts to size for other TLRs. And of course you could try an upgrade to one of Bill Maxwell's.

just an update for all of you on the edge of your seats...I got one from Rick and it is working nicely...
