I found an image that seems to indicate that Sinar backs can be mounted on a 6008. Is it really possible? Also for Leaf backs? Do they need an adapter?

Yes,Sinar produced a series of adapter for eMotion back. And of course, they made one for Rollei 6000 system. But it must cost you an arm and a leg to get the adapter.

Also note that only the 6008AF and Integral2 support cable-less operation.

Your other option is a Hasselblad Ixpress CF back, for which they made Rollei adapters. There was a CF39 in Rollei mount on Ebay Germany last year, and i'm somewhat annoyed i didn't end up bidding for it.

I fear that options for digital Rollei 6000 are essentially unicorns, getting a Hy6 and a back might be more realistic (...but at what cost).

The Sinar adapter for 600x is a very elusive one. I have not seen one for sale (on various used hardware websites) for as long as I’ve been looking for one.
The Hassy adapter is rare but does appear from time to time.
The P1 adapter (initially made for db20= P20, and so when it shows up it is usually with a db20p and sometimes the associated 6008AF) is between both.. appears more seldom than Hassy but not the never of Sinar..
