Now that's interesting. I have only ever seen a grey Model T with a meter. I wonder if it was converted after being manufactured?

That what I was thinking. Went online and saw that they make a black version T model. Not as common as grey.

I also have a black T with a light meter, factory made - not converted or re-leathered.
Come to think of it, most of the "T" models I've seen were black (I live in Europe)....

Perhaps mostly grey models were exported to US of A?
