Hi, I'm just getting back into shooting and developing film after a 44 year hiatus 🤓 This is the 3rd roll I developed and was just wondering what the black spots are from. Any help is appreciated, thanks, Bill

Welcome to Photrio.
May we see a backlit photo of the negatives themselves, complete with the edge of the film and the space between the frames?
Otherwise, I would also guess air bells, near the top edge of the film on the reels.

Possibly air bells. Every time a chemical is poured into the tank, give the tank a sharp rap on a hard surface. I use a thick piece of rubber on the sink top.
