Roll film back questions (Cambo C2n)

I have one of these 6x9 roll film holders. I've used it on a couple older cameras Calumet and a Deardorff, no troubles. Keep in mind that very few camera shops are thrilled about printing 6x9 color negative films, usually requires manually scanning in.

Yeah, I’m thinking I’ll definitely shoot some color, but I’ll probably end up developing at home despite never doing it before. Sounds a little harder than black and white, but still doable.

I only had a half hour to shoot this evening before the sun went down, but I liked the experience with the holder. Seems like a happy medium in terms of the speed of the process, and just sliding the holder in is pretty convenient.

Very expensive, 120 Fujichrome and Ektachrome in 6x9 format is beautiful. I've had better results scanning Fujichrome than color negative film. I think I'm just incompetent at scanning I love chromes!

I bought a couple of blank, 3D printed, lens boards for my Chamonix. I also have a Calumet roll film holder and it slides in mine, but I really haven't used it to shoot with yet. My plan was to used the C2 roll film holder for transparency film and my 100mm Wide-Field Ektar as a normal focal length( a little long, but....) lens and a 75mm Schneider Angulon with plenty of coverage. If that combo works I'll then swap-out the Calumet C2 for a 6X9 Toyo roll holder.

John, let me know when/if you decide to trade the C2 roll film holder. I regret ever selling mine. I'd like another.

So I now have the calumet/Cambo holders in 6x9 and 6x7…but I’d like to swap the 6x7 for another 6x9. They’re pretty hard to find!
