Hi, all. I have been away from the site and away from photography a while and I would like to try to get back into things, including wet printing, which I never really conquered. I know of things like Rayko and HM Photo Center, but they seem to have intermittent classes at best. Does anyone know of another resource, or would someone here be willing to help me learn to print? I would be more than happy to compensate someone for their time and resources.\

I am in downtown SF.

Thanks in advance and good to be back into photography.

Hi Matthew,
I print at Image Flow in Mill Valley. They have a great small darkroom which I rent by the hour.
They are super people and I bet someone there could do a quick printing workshop.
Ask for Stuart at 415 388 3569
Good luck!

That is awesome and I *love* Mill Valley...will call them first thing in the morning. Thanks!!! All other suggestions are welcome. I have a car and can be anywhere in the Bay Area or beyond as necessary...

Matthew,

The Harvey Milk Photo Center is run by the San Francisco Park and Rec Department. The have classes, a variety of membership options, and a beautiful recently-remodeled facility. Their staffers & volunteers are really nice and their prices are very reasonable. A civic treasure!

I forgot about Harvey Milk, as Adam says, it's an excellent resource.
