There are several ISO 100 films available. However if the OP is looking for something like the old EFKE KB 14 film the choices are very slim. The most readily available is Ilford Pan F Plus which is however a bit quirky. The contrast is hard to control. Best to rate it at an EI of 25 to 32 and under develop it. D-23 1+1 works well with this film.
I've never shot KB 14....looking for a 100 or 25 replacement.

KB 14 was the ISO 25 film. The name was derived from the old DIN scale, DIN 14 = ISO 25. Posts #35 and #36 use that name.

Well I am a moron. Did they have a 50? I don't remember ever shooting a 25 or KB 14

It's been awhile since DIN coding appeared on film. So it's understandable that the term may be unfamiliar. KB 17 = ISO 50, KB 21 = ISO 100. BTW KB stands for the German Klein Bild or 35 mm. log2 ISO or ASA speed = DIN Deutsches Institut für Normung (the German Standards Institute)

I used to shoot Efke 25 and send the stuff out to dr5 to get positives. Man, that stuff was really nice as a reversal film in dr5. I'm currently using Ilford FP4+, but I haven't sent any out to dr5 yet. It's a great landscape film.

This week I received a package of 4x5 fomapan 200 labeled with:

24° DIN 200 ASA ISO 200/24°

I think also Ilford writes for example ISO 125/22° following the official ISO standard.

Boy they touch all the bases with their notation. However a quick survey of film that I have shows only a single speed designation ISO xxx no mention of ASA or DIN.

The practise of quoting ASA and ISO (such as 125/22°) has more or less died out but it was very common in the 80s and into the 90s.

What you had was the ASA scale, used by American and Japanese manufacturers and the DIN scale used by German manufacturers. In the UK at least, most packaging for films included both ASA and DIN, while eventually the ISO standard (International Standards Organisation) required both. In the end, the DIN speed standard disappeared during the late 90s for the most part.

I remember visiting continental Europe a few times in the 80s and if was common for Agfa films to have different packaging compared to the same film in the UK, sometimes just featuring the DIN scale. I think the local packaging for Fuji might have been similar. It did mean being familiar with both scales was useful.

What was that Russian system GOS? or something like that.

GOST I think....not dissimilar to ASA. I think 100ASA is 85 or 90 GOST, for all practical purposes a Russian camera with a GOST meter can be used with film rated in the ASA or ISO systems. I do this with my Kiev 6 that has a GOST light meter in the prism finder.
