Purosol to clean Contax 645 lenses ?

Hi,
I bought two Contax 645 lenses from a photographer.
I think to clean the front and back glasses with Purosol and Nikon cloth.

Is Purosol safe for cleaning lens?
How to properly clean the glass?

Hey there!

I have been using Purosol for a few years now with all of my lenses. It is honestly the best thing I have found so far. I completely destroyed the coating on a $1200 lens using a lens pen while on location and found it after that fiasco. Since then, I have had no problems since I switched to Purosol.

I spray it on a clean micro-fiber cloth and wipe, but occasionally in the field, I have sprayed it on directly with no worries.
