How many lumens does that bulb put out?
I'm guessing that it would be much lower than the halogen bulb that a dichro head is designed for.
Are you sure that the head actually expects a 220V bulb - the ones I have used require a bulb that expects 82 volts and uses 85 watts.
One like this: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/610350-REG/Impact_ESJ_ESJ_Lamp_85W_82V.html
If your enlarger is set up for 220, it is the power supply that would differ, not the bulb.

Yeah, Mattking is right, your LED bulb is likely for a full 220V and only getting the much lower voltage required by the halogen bulb. See if you find the correct halogen bulb or change the lamp house to work with a LED bulb.

You are using the wrong lamp. I hope you have not damaged anything.
Please read the manual before proceeding. http://www.jollinger.com/photo/cam-coll/manuals/enlargers/beseler/Beseler_67CS.pdf

if i will use that 82V bulb it will burn out for sure, i have transformator but it only works with 110V
So you need either a different transformer, or a different, higher output bulb that is designed to be used with 220v without a transformer.
What size negatives are you trying to print from?
And you need not apologize - if you are new to this, or to using appliances designed for different voltages, then asking for help makes sense!

I m trying to print from 35mm negatives. i searched a lot to find halogen lamp which will work higher than 50w but no luck. i even tried 50 w too but it gives like 5 min on 2.8. mabye i can convert transformator to take 220v and produce 85v

The styrofoam liner in the mixing box has yellowed terribly with age and humidity and needs to be replaced. It's absorbing rather than reflecting most of the blue part of the spectrum your prints need. As already noted, there may be additional lamp issues, since your printing times are so ridiculously slow. Replacing it all with a modern colorhead would make sense.

i do not print colors i m using it for BW (forgot to mention) so i think replacing head will be wise thing to do since E26 series bulbs are common and available in any wattage.Thank you everybody you really helped me lot!
