Printable DOF Calculator

Going to take the light 3x4 Speed out tomorrow to a friends wedding tomorrow morning and shoot some shots off the cuff, something I don't normally do, and have little experience with. So thought I give it a whirl, take a look at the light, set the lens for 125 and an f stop to match to match the light.. but I need to address the death of focus area, for the composition of the quick shots.
I Have somewhere a printed DOF calculator.. that I printed off the web.. years ago, and I can't find it.
You printed it, then could fold it, and another part would slide up or down inside it.
Anyone have a clue of such a thing, and it location off the web so I could print another?

Difficult to read sideways on but the link seems to be to an exposure calculator not a DoF calculator

Google for "depth of field chart". A chart may be easier to use than a calculator. Any chart or calculator is a simplification of a complex subject, but better than nothing. Depth of field scales can be fabricated and added to press cameras. They will be tiny and hard to read.

Ya know, I think this was this one, that I thought of.. of course its not a DOF calculator, oh well.
So looked up the two lenses I may use.. wider 90 vrs 135 and got the general DOF for both of them for being under shade, f5.6 or 8. No big deal... trying something new... will just try to shoot and not get to anal.

May have symptoms of tripod withdrawal

It is not too hard to create a dial calculator for depth of field. I did one for my Mamiya TLR which is at http://grahamp.dotinthelandscape.org/photodata/index.html . The source for that is in Postscript, but the CoC used is not optimal for 2x3.

It is likely easier to do a slide-rule type rather than the dial. I just happened to be writing a lot of Postscript at work at the time, and writing text in circles was an interesting challenge.
