Ha. Shame on me I didn't think of that, plus I have been lazy.
When I finish remodeling the darkroom I'll also set up something for DLSR scanning I think.

@negativefunk, it's ok. I say that, but do I do it? No. I'll usually just take a terrible, twisted and tilted phone photo of a print, nearly pink with bad lighting, to post on Instagram or Facebook. I mean, the easel is down in the darkroom - I'm usually a whole flight of stairs away from that when I want to take a picture of a print...

Speaking of the devil, @Don Heisz I just got "Tracks" in! I like the converging lines and crispy winter days in general, thanks a lot! The leak is not entirely detrimental to the mood I think.
I was pining to take some LF snowy pics with my recently christened equipment but it looks like I missed that train, to stay on topic.

I received @mfohl 's Various Trees and a House or Accidents in Landscape Design. Or maybe the tree choice was significant? It, in an odd way, reminds me that there's a tree-lined driveway around here somewhere that needs a colour photo taken in the fall, since the trees turn different colours (yet all look the same - very odd). Anyway - thanks, Mark!

I apologize for being rather late in this exchange, but the good news is that the prints are finished and I'm only waiting for the stamps to arrive. They should be here by Tuesday at the latest. I can then prepare the envelopes for sending out. Yes, envelopes again, not cards - I really like receiving cards, but for a couple of reasons prefer to send envelopes. Hope you don't mind

I received mshchem's nice urban scene "Tires 15 Up". A good catch, my friends and I like cruising places like this. Unfortunately, this was delivered on a *very* rainy and windy day, and the letter carrier wasn't too conscientious about keeping the mail dry. The front of the card was stuck to one of those coupon flyers, and the card has a bunch of paper stuck to the front. But there is enough to see what's going on. Thanks Mike!

I'm going to need to use an envelope. Throw the print into some warm water, it's rc paper. Of course this is now uniquely postal. 😁

I have received Don Heisz's, Michael Howard's, mikeg's, and mfohl's photos in the mail over the past week. I love them!

I also finally dropped mine in a mailbox on Thursday, so those should be arriving soon (soon as in eventually...).

I just received @John Patrick Garriga 's lovely TX desert picture.
Thank you for the description  I never got to visit TX when I lived in the US, and your description of wandering through rugged terrain, untouched by time, makes it sound like a wonderful place to explore. Thank you, John!

As for my prints, after a ridiculously frustrating and unproductive darkroom session yesterday, my prints will go out next week! 🥴

What a day! Just received two more: @henryyjjames 's Howth Hike Bike. Beautiful and crisp! That trail sounds like an awesome place to visit. Thank you, Henry!

I also received @mshchem 's Tires 15 UP. Love the repetition and rhythm of rectangles within rectangles throughout!

I also received @mshchem's card. I think it's time to change the message on the side of the cube van 😁

And I received @John Patrick Garriga's card from the Rio Grande. It may not have been taken with a Plaubel Makina, but it is a nice print of a good photo - and the adventure that went along with it sounds intriguing, as well.

Thanks!

The dude that runs the place thought I was a spy with the opposition 😁 Once I told him I was shooting film that reassured him.

Hah, that's nothing! I had three today!
Seriously though, thanks for the great cards. I got @mshchem 's tires as well, but also @rcphoto 's card and one from @negativefunk - all printed with great care and very pretty indeed!

I've also finally mailed mine - my apologies once more for the delay!

I allso received henryyjjames's Howth Hike Bike. A lovely scene with the implied mountain behind the gate. And a brand shiny new bike! Very nice, thanks Henry!

Received @henryyjjames Howth Hike Bike card. The light is very nice on the ground in the photo - and the photo looks very nice in the full sunlight streaming in through my window this evening. Thanks! And I hope you continue on in the exchange.

I kind of like them trickling in. I very rarely use the post any more. It's fun to look forward to getting the mail each day wondering what I'll get next. I've gotten 5 so far. My only regret is that I didn't go ahead and do "all". Printing more cards once I got going would have taken minimal time, and postage for post cards in the US, even international, is minimal. From the post marks and postage on a couple of the international ones I've received so far, the same can't be said for all, unfortunately. Post cards are a wonderful way to communicate in these sterile computer days.
I've already picked out a handful of negatives for the next PCX, count me in!
