Comments on cards received since my last post:
The cards from Randelcav of a harbor in Maine. Reminds me of Fulford Harbor on Salt Spring Island in BC, Canada. Well done.
MattKing sends a card with the subject is the sky, with the foreground sticks leading the viewer to the clouds. Well composed.
The vignetting of the image of a container ship being loaded from Wayne Frederick is quite nice. The camera did the framing of the subject for you.
The image from mooseontheloose is my favorite for the is round. At first glance it looked like a person, not a statue. The dark tones, and HIE graininess, really add to the texture of this photo.
The print from mike c is striking for two reasons: (1) the white chair draws the viewer into the image, and (2) the brown/sepia tone supports the "oldness" of the subject. Well done.
Now I am ready for Round 36!
Regards,
Darwin
