I've been feeling better about my progress with cyanotype prints and wanted to share my latest renditions of two previously shared prints, after additional rabbit holes and such.


This one I toned with mushroom coffee

Very nice work, both—the first ought to get you thinking about Pt/pd, and while I usually don’t care for untoned cyanotypes, especially for landscapes, the original “blueprint“ really works for me, especially with the coating “inside” the negative.

Haha....thank you. I am actually not a fan of anything mushroom at all. When I was shopping for instant coffee for toning I though it might be a good one over standard black coffee.

I am currently also liking the coating inside the negative. It's a much cleaner look for my print choices thus far.

I had something similar in mind when I did this at the end of winter a few years back with a GW690 and Acros. Great Minds etc.
