I wasn't quite sure where to put this but it seemed to fall most closely in the 'Street' category (the 'Landscape' forum is primarily natural landscapes so this didn't seem to fit).

I shoot a lot of urban landscapes and thought it would be fun to have a thread where everyone could share their shots in that genre.

I'll kick it off with a handful of mine...

These are fantastic examples. How about something from the archives? This is a street scene my dad took in Athens, Greece, in 1952. This is Athenas Street where it emerges at Omonoia Square. Canon rangefinder with 50mm ƒ1.9 Serenar lens. I vaguely remember when the policemen stood in a circle and directed traffic wearing white gloves. That ended a long time ago....

 
The Bowery on a gloomy day in March of 1994. Leica M3 with a 35mm ƒ/3.5 Summaron, a beat-up one with minimal internal coating. Kodak Gold 100-3 film, which scans really well.
