Thanks, each mountain range in the distance was creating lenticular clouds. Across central Nevada is a series of mountains and valleys.

I'm not sure if you'll get an answer as he hasn't been here since 2019, which could be a rather bad sign.

I've been there, it is all solid rock, lava flow I think. The rock strata runs in ridges parallel to the incoming waves.

Thanks Jim. This is an overlooked image. I ran across it recently and thought it might be able to yield a decent mood. It's the first time anybody is seeing it other than me.
