I always wondered about priors. Prior to what? 😕

Perhaps this will help:

It is fascinating that words can have more than one meaning, with the meaning frequently depending on the context in which it is used.

Used book shop of the DE TINTEN v.z.w., Gent, Belgium.

TINTEN 2.JPG

‘DE TINTEN’ is a non profit organisation providing support for undocumented immigrants and homeless people.
This support consists of housing, medical care, free meals and legal assistance, driven by engaged volontairs.

In order to acquire funds, we have, amongst other important resources, a few little shops, one of which is a nice used bookshop situated in the attic of a former school buiding.

And this is what you see here, the atmosphere of that attic full of countless books covering a wide array of items. From children’s books over cooking, literature, poetry, art, religion, philosophy, just name it and we might have it… All of this in several languages and at a very reasonable price!

You can find us at the François Benardstraat 86 in Gent, Belgium, and are welcome to climb the stairs on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoon from 14:00h till 16:30h.
