So, this was a huge exhibit. A few interesting things. A mix of digital/digital, analog/digital, Generative AI. It was nice to see all the work labelled by process: "digital image, archival pigment print":. I saw many large Giclee prints which tbh were quite impressive and had (imo) a definite edge over the inkjets. A few C-prints had an edge up on the Giclees. The "Generative AI" section was unusual and personally I found it a yawnfest. I could have chatgpt make any of this work within seconds, then inkjet it. It really did nothing for me, even though the quality was well done I saw no point to it. That is a topic for the AI forum so let's not go there in this thread!
