This is not a matter of sensor location (as you referered to a respective photo), but of light source. Actually such is a different kind of tester.
A shutter speed tester in the proper meaning only tests the shutter, not a exposure automatic.
So how do you test the shutter speed of the Nikon EM as per your picture?

I got no idea at all what you are hinting at.

Your post I referred to is about testing the exposure automation, now you speak about just the shutter speed.
For testing the exposure automation you need a controlled light source with diffusor at the side of the mount.
