Opinions on mixing N113

I just got a 10 liter package of Calbe N113.
It doesn't look like a large amount of dry powder.
Can I mix this stuff to make 3.3 liters and then just dilute it 1:2 before using it?
It would sure help my storage problems.

I used my last package of N113 to make a 2,5litre stock which I dillute 1+3. I think 2.5 are near the absolute minimum as it was realy hard to got all the powder into. 3.3l should work fine.
