You must be really proud of this photo as you seem to have posted it 10 times already TODAY.

Sorry about that. Someone was asking about it awhile back, and I couldn’t remember which thread it was. When did the name of the group change?

Thanks.

Is there a story behind this you would like to share?

Sorry about that. I’ll disappear for awhile.

I love my 35RC, but I've had a crazy problem that happens 3-6 time per roll. It seems to be caused only when using auto exposure. The negative looks like one of the shutter leaves is moving slowly. It leaves a one stop overexposure of one stop over half of the frame. I had it CLAd by reputable repairman. But after about a year and a half this problem started. I saw another person at photonet with the same problem and neither of us could explain.

Can"t help you with that - I am using it without batteries, always in manual mode.

No need to disappear Kirion Kid , I just purchased RC35 for the third time, 2 times I have sold it, now I am keeping it. It is a beautiful small camera .

What do you think of it’s lens?

Top quality, on f5,6 - f8 good as any other lens, wide open also very good..

Thanks. Have a roll of Delta 400 in it now. Metering is decent enough for color film?

Thanks

Excellent cameras. The relatively crude metering is surprisingly good, the lens capable of fine results and construction sturdy. I keep mine loaded with Ilford HP5 and leave an orange filter on it semi-permanently. I've sometimes been tempted by a 35RD but some of its appeal is lost because of the greater bulk of the lens compared to the RC.

Enjoy it!

Thanks

I removed original lens shade in favor of 43.5 to 46mm adaptor ring.
