I don't see any chance of the Minolta SRT Super ever becoming a cult camera, as they are far too common.

But they should be ...

Let's extend that to all Minolta SRT models that have mirror lockup. To me, that's required. I prefer the 101 due to the central microprism rather than the split image rangefinders. So many variations on those over a few years span. I had to look up the Super version.

Not cult classics due to functional appearance with no frills, I would guess. Better than Argus C3 however, also not a cult classic but more brick plain.

What common film camera do you think in the near future will attain the cult following of Leica and Hasselblad?
My guess is the Nikon FM/FE series some of which are already at record asking prices.
Canons F1 seems to be seriously neglected and underpriced!
How about Topcon, Miranda etc??
OR; are we stuck with the Mona Lisa , Hasselblad , Leica syndrome regardless of quality , quantity or perceived value?

Miranda, no waya. Bought one in highschool and shutter failed in three years.

I was just looking at Zorki 1c as a possible rangefinder to aquire, but find prices are now greatly elevated from $45 to $120 in the last few years. These are mostly in Ukrane, but are Leica clones that were the original well made ones. So now some Zorki Leica clones are becoming cult classics.
