Shoot, that'd be swell. Could I send some Efke 25 in 35mm to you as thanks?

Well sure. I've never tried it in 135. I shoot mostly 120, but my 35mm camera bodies could use a little Efke love.

I remember how disappointed I was when Efke went down.

Sorry, I've just mailed five rolls each to michaelbsc and fixcinator.
No 127-film left.

Oh well, that's okay, you snooze you lose, well if anybody else has any 127 or, if either of you two end up not needing the backing paper, I would love to have it, thanks, and everyone keep enjoying shooting!

35mm SS reels, tank bits and pieces

I have 9 SS reels. 2 Kinderman, 2 Honeywell-Nikor and 5 I don't know. One 5 reel tank and three little lifting rods. No top to the tank which was made in Germany. I imagine it is Kinderman, which takes a plastic top and should still be available. Offered as a lot, all going to same person in one parcel. You pay postage. This is all in good shape. I learned on SS reels several decades ago and now use Patterson reels and tanks. Bill Barber

Ricoh XR-20SP

Body in mint condition, view finder bright and clear, light meter appears to work, film advance works; the perfect camera - so long as you don't want a working shutter.

Shutter blades are bent/bowed. Front curtain only opens half way. I was able to get the rear curtain to open and close fully, but it has creases and markings in the blades.

Folks,

I need a good home for a medium sized collection of darkroom equipment in variable condition . . . from great condition to needs some help. We've not used it in a long time and would absolutely hate to see any of it wind up in a landfill. They don't make stuff like this anymore and likely never will again. We'll give the whole lot away for free to anyone who's willing to take ALL of it and is able to pick it up in Eastern Massachusetts in the next few weeks.

* Multiple enlargers availableOmega DII including 3 condensers and 3 Wollensak lensesOmega D3-V with variable condenserBeseler 45M with 2 lensesBeseler 23C model II* Stainless steel and plastic tanks and reels* Negative Carriers (for 35mm, 2 1/4 and 4x5)* Trays (5x7, 11x14, 12x16)* Ilford Multigrade Filter set (6x6 inches)* Saunders-Omega 4-bladed Enlarging Easel (11x14)* Timers (2 Time-o-lite, 1 GE)* Kodak Safelight (Wratten Oc Filter)* Thermometer (Fisherbrand)* Light-proof “black bag” (with 2 arm holes)* Cibachrome Color Filter Set (6x6 inches)* Cibachrome Mark II Color Processing Drums* And More . . .

Did these ever find a home?

It seems that I have a few too many thermometers. Mercury lab thermometers, ~30cm, -10-110C, with protective plastic tubes. They're marked I.S.I. 3"1MM JAPAN and appear to have been individually calibrated. Shipping mercury is a pain, so would prefer pick up.

Wow I'd like one if your nearby. Where are you located? Having a calibrated mercury thermometer like the old Kodak ones is really useful.

My US geography isn't that good, but isn't New York somewhere near Rhode Island? (at least, I'm pretty sure it's closer than to Florida or Seattle...)

Ah I forgot that the side info probably says where he is located. I'm on my phone using a forum messaging app and it doesn't show it in view. Thank you for letting me know it's RI. Maybe a little to far to go for a thermometer.

One of my old students has moved and she brought us a lot of darkroom equipment. Included is an Omega Super Chromega C DIchro enlarger with timer and voltage stablizer.

We don't need this enlarger and don't have storage space for keeping it, so if there is someone in the Atlanta Ga. area that would like it, let me know and you can take it away.

It needs a good cleaning, the base board especially, but it works.

However, she forgot to include the negative carriers, but that should be an easy fix , making your own from matt board.

You guys don't forget to visit me in CT when you're passing through please!!

(I'm also currently in NYC traffic heading to Brooklyn for an overnight shoot (not photography, as an actor) so I'll wave for now

Funny video...

Well, I'm in NYC traffic... So my car hasn't hit higher than 5mph in the past 30 minutes... I think I'm safe, and I wouldn't be on here if I thought I could hurt someone.

I also use Siri most of the time to dictate, so I'm rarely looking at the screen unless I'm reading and then I'm reading only one word at a time and then looking and reading and then using the mirror and looking and reading you get the picture...

I'm also a train precision driver which is what I'm doing traveling to New York City for work on a movie set driving in a scene, although this is not a complete excuse, I just want to let you know that I am a much more capable driver than most people and not because I am delusional, but because I have been trained and tested and very practiced at it.

I bet that's what Dale Earnhardt and Neil Bonnett thought.

Dale didn't get enough sleep...

I do not use my phon when I'm tired, I also don't use it when I'm going over 100mph... Lol

A lot different from 0-5mph...

But I get your point. Kids don't text and drive...
