through some recent developer testing, I came across the Ilford FP4+/Rodinal combination again and fell in love with it again. I think it's an ideal go-to combination even for 35mm.

Thank you for posting. This sounds interesting as I have also come to enjoy FP4+ more and more. So far I have had good results with my old replenished Xtol but perhaps Rodinal can give even sharper grain. What combinations of time/concentration/agitation/temperature have you found to be the best ?through some recent developer testing, I came across the Ilford FP4+/Rodinal combination again and fell in love with it again. actually ,surprising little grain in 35mm.I like 1+100 for 21 min., 4 inversions/min., 20C, EI 100. This is for 120 sized film. 35 would be a bit too grainy.

EI125 with a diffusion enlarger.only tried it at 1+25.Thank you for sharing! At what EI? Condenser of diffusion enlarger? Did you try to compare it with 1:50 dilution. I used 1:25 just for processing lith films
I've been developing film for 50+ years, never tried Rodinal. Is it time? I have the film.
