There have been a few Ilford posts on the usual social media sites (eg. here and here) trailing some new products that are due to launch tomorrow at The Photography Show. Of the items in those blanked out images, it looks like the first item is either new paper or sheet film - or new formats of extant paper (pre-packaged square format paper?), the second item looks like it may well be a pop-up darkroom tent or similar, the third initially looked like a 35mm film box, but the second silhouetted image suggests it might be something else.

Anyway, fight amongst yourselves as to what they are, the answers will likely turn up in about 14 hours...

And another heads up, there's apparently going to be a major Ilford ordering/ ecommerce systems upgrade at the end of this month, so this may have an impact for a couple of weeks on items that retailers would normally only order in on request - and this will also affect the Ilford UK ecommerce site too.

Too easy surely? It has to be Pemberstone's "big hit" for the 21st century i.e. the successor to Kodachrome, called Pembochrome
OK not as catchy a word as Kodachrome but this strange autumnal mist that surrounds this island tonight and reduces colours to a form of orthochrome has had an effect on my brain. I have been isolated with my fellow lighthouse keeper since the start of Covid. Photrio has been the only contact with the outside world and then it has mostly been the Soapbox

If it is film, more likely XP2 Super or Delta 400, both of which have existed in sheets in previous generations.

Square paper would be awesome!

Many manufacturers used to offer 10x10" and the like (for aerial photography markets?) - and Adox offered MCC etc in 16x16" and 20x20" sizes (and hopefully will do so again when they get MCC running on their coating plants).

The Ilford website already lists a number of papers that are available in 10" x 10" - e.g. MULTIGRADE RC DELUXE
https://www.ilfordphoto.com/multigrade-rc-deluxe-pearl-sheets
None that I can see.

I think I recall Ilford saying that they wouldn't do Delta 400 in sheet sizes as it would interfere with HP5 sales. But I say bring it on!

I think the boxes look a bit deep for sheet film boxes anyway. A new paper/ paper variant/ substrate/ finish are all possible.

FWIW, I would really like to see 11"x11" and 12"x12" paper.
And if you are wanting something new, its best to check what is already there first :whistling::wink::D.

So where are you seeing 10x10? I can filter by the 10x10 size but either there is no option to choose 10x10 (Kentmere) or it's graded Pearl that's out of stock. Pearl is the worst finish of all their papers.

The link I posted seems to re-direct to an ordering page in some circumstances. And that page most likely updates to reflect current stocking issues.
Here is what one sees if one just looks at the information part of the website - in this case with respect to Multigrade RC Deluxe Glossy.
