I hope it is Ilfocolour. I have some processing or discount vouchers when they last sold colour film. Not sure how far shillings will go though??

The guy wishing for a major tooling, R&D, marketing and risk taking from a company just so he can finally claim his 3.25$ worth of rebate coupon that has been sitting in an old drawer for years

Is the smile in response to your appreciation of a British sense of humour. We have a history of yearning for the good old days over here . A great coin was the shilling. We used to put them into gas and electricity meters to cook and keep warm, you know. A uniformed man emptied the box every couple of months and even gave some of them back. I was told by my Dad the meter was a Piggy Bank for my savings but I never got any back :D

wahiba will no doubt have similar stories to tell about shillings in addition to the total loss of his discount vouchers.

Will HP 11 Pro be available in 120, or just 35. I want a bigger negative the next time I take a picture of my food.

Well, eleven IS one louder than ten!

The dials on my Rayco enlarger timer go up to 11.

In practice, they only go 0 - 9. I've no idea why there is a redundant 10 and 11 on the dials.

For bigger negatives please wait for HP 12

Thank you

Is there a market for 220? Could that possibly be in the announcement?

Cheers, James

There is a market for 220. I would totally buy 220 film if it were being manufactured, but sadly I appear to be in a small enough of a minority as to make the market not worth bothering with...

Any product needs to make for bringing NEW customers to Ilford. There's no point in adding products if they just dilute existing business.

Right! I might shoot the new film, but at the expense of an existing film. I don't see my usage going drastically up. There just aren't enough hours in the day!

How about Ilford HP Direct, in 35mm and 120, as B&W transparency film with similar qualities to the Agfa Scala & Dia Direct?

No me no want a C-41 B/W film. I still think it's going to be something to fill the ISO gap between 400 and 3200. Two more days 'til we know for certain!
