Just picked up a Hasselblad 500cm kit from a local camera shop the other day. Everything seemed to be working ok in the store but when I took it home, I noticed a problem right away. Every time I clicked the shutter button (with the shutter lever on the "T" setting), the camera jams up. The shutter will open and mirror will lift up, but they both stay in that position until I move the shutter lever to the "O" setting". This happens when the A12 back is both on and off the camera body. When the shutter switch is in the "O" setting, everything seems to be working fine and nothing jams up.
This is the first time I've ever used a Hasselblad, so maybe I'm not doing something right here. But based on the instructions I've read and other guides I've read online, it sounds like something is wrong with the camera. Should I return it or is there something I'm not doing right? The store I purchased it from offers a 30 day guarantee on used equipment, so I'm not worried about getting my money back if needed.
